No :)))

C++ is a good example of how to add a lot of expressivity to an
Algol-derived language, but that doesn't change the fact that all such
languages fundamentally suck in numerous important respects. :)

(We want a sensible macro system, for starters. How Gosling and Steele
could possibly invent a language without one after being so deeply
involved in Scheme and CL standardization is quite beyond me.)
