    We're using a Netgear DM602 ADSL router rather than the BT ADSL USB 
modem, I'll try getting the speedtouch modem up tonight if you think it 
will help, but we were using a different modem because it kept our life 
simpler.
    Could it be due to office cabeling, I know the last 30 or so meters 
is rather dodgy.
