[Gllug] free gift from the Inland Revenue ?

We actually got reminders from the Revenue on two dormant companies,
saying we could get the cash incentive.

I hphoned them up and asked if we would get the money by sending in a 'nil'
return and they said "yes".    So maybe the Revenue don't know their own
rules ??
