I have just signed up using firefox (on Linux).

When you hit the 'continue' link/button you get a bar at the top of
the window saying that the browser has stopped a popup, just click the
middle of that bar to see the popup.

If you don't see that warning bar then 'edit' -> 'preferences' -> 'web features'

Quite how anyone is able to design a very simple form that needs a popup, I
just don't know. 0/10 for style!
