    Yes
   Hmm looking through the 10 cheapest listed in .net anything below
£12 has strings attached. You can go below 15 pound but watch out for
for catches. The ones that don't have year minimum contracts charge
connection (usually ~£50) You can even pay as you go and
www.lixxus.co.uk is 5pence per meg (no monthly charge) but an £82.25
connection fee. So it all depends upon exactly what you want.
    I've never used these its just an example of a silly deal. (On
telewest and likely to stay.)
