Is standing uncomfortable? If not you could give it a go as someone at

Also, I saw a blog post a few weeks ago about a cartoonist with back
problems who made himself a support for his chest and shoulders to allow
him to lie on his front on the floor with his chest raised from the
ground. Can't find the link though, sorry.
