  Hi, I've tried XRMS (http://xrms.sourceforge.net). Its pretty 
intuitive and actively developed. You might want to try their online 
demo (many crms have an online demo).
  If you want something more powerful, you can have a look at OpenCRX 
(It's a full fat Java/JBoss app, so installation isn't trivial as other 
PHP crms)
