I have a Netgear DG834G and it ticks all the boxes except you can't
separate the two networks via the router - it routes automatically
between both interfaces AFAIK. Thus pinholes are out of the question too.

Apparently the Linksys ones can be flashed with Linux and thus you can
get it to do exactly what you want but it might not be a simple job
(never tried it).

Could you not use a wired ADSL router/modem and have an access point on
one of the ports? The access point could then act as gateway for the
wired subnet and handle the pinholes between the two subnets.
