I agree about in-house and community support but the customer wants and
is going to get commercial support, we will probably solve most problems
in house as we have been already for this.

Our internal *nix systems already run on either Debian or CentOS* and
real soon we get to migrate our shared and manged *nix hosting to
Debian. :)
