[Gllug] How to reply to mails??

This depends on the list. On many development lists, especially
high-traffic ones like linux-kernel, it's the norm to copy everyone
involved in a conversation (which can lead to ridiculously long Cc:
lines); many developers spot duplicates arriving directly to them and
via the list and prioritize such mails up on the basis that they're
directly involved.
