That is a LOT of ground to cover in 20 minutes.
There is an entire OReilly book covering just those topics.
If you must have an introduction to SNMP, in order to make the OpenNMS 
talk (main focus of the evening) understandable, then I suggest 20 
minute set of slides, with no questions, and the speaker practises the 
slides beforehand.
