[Gllug] Apache as web accelerator: forwarding the client's real IP address

Just to share the solution to this for future reference.  mod_rpaf,
installed on the back-end web servers, takes the X-Forwarded-For
header from a list of trusted IP addresses and updates the right field
in request_rec.  Thus the scripts / modules (like WordPress) don't
need to be updated in any way.
