Why would you want to get around bandwidth? How is this even possible?
Or by "bandwidth and cost" do you mean "cost of bandwidth", a phrase
used in your next sentence?

And what does "innovative" mean in this sentence?

Richard, I think you have something to say (which is what I doubted at
the beginning) and I think I might like to know what it is. The
vibes I'm getting are interesting. But it would be nice if you read what
you posted before you hit 'send' to make sure it made sense,
