[Gllug] Anyone using Virgin Media?

They haven't.  It's just advertising bluster.  You will just get a cheap
coax cable into your new home.

It's VERY misleading advertising.  VM are being taken to court over this
and other issues.

Is there any other BT connections in the building?  BT usually waive the
charge if they can use spare cable capacity, though you have to demand
it!
