If it were to be more informal, where we just meet up in a booked pub  
room at a given time and people give only spoken presentations (unless  
someone has one of those shiny portable projectors?), I don't mind  
awfully organising them. I'm already doing it for the perlmongers  
(sans presentations), so it doesn't bother me.

If everyone is determined to have powerpoints^Wopenoffice.org impress  
presentations^W^W^Wpowerpoints, then I'll do it as a one-off, but it's  
much more hassle.
