I seem to recall being offered something around £35k by Framestore-CFC
sometime around 2006-2007, and then the same figure in 2008 by a
company specialising in e-commerce systems before I transitioned to
the job I am in now.  I'd say £25k for juniors, £30-£35k for more
experienced admins, and *starting* at £40-£45k for senior sysadmin
positions.
