TfL publish a map of Tube lines and stations that are wheelchair-accessible.
The coverage in central London is woeful, although it's passable on the
edges. Unfortunately, there's little that can be done to that Victorian
rat's next to make it more accessible.

Good luck with expecting that. Most of the time, web designers can't even be
bothered to cater for the 10% of the population who are colour blind,
despite the odds being good that here is a colour blind person in the office
that they can do hallway usability testing with. Although looking at some
websites, one can only conclude that the designer is colour blind too.

Often the sole sop to usability on sites appears to be an option to get
bigger fonts, enabled by fiddling with a tiny low-contrast control hidden
away in a corner. But hey, now you have *large* pink-on-grey text now!
