I saw an article which I didn't read more than the first paragraph of
somewhere which pointed out that a bunch of US spammers had pleaded
guilty to offences and been sent down - with a corresponding dip in
spam. Won't last long. Ecologies, even those of bottom feeders, abhor a
vacant niche.
