[Gllug] reactivate programs after upgrading to ubuntu 9.04

The programs seem to require the older version of java. You need to
get versions of the programs compiled for your new version of Ubuntu.

This is a common problem when people install programs from non
official sources and then upgrade. This is why it is always best to
use the official package.

Go to the frostwire website and get a version of for Ubuntu 9.04
(jaunty). You'll have to do the same for vuse, probably from their
website.

Ubuntu does come with other programs for getting torrents (eg
transmission) and for gnutella.
