GIMP is actually similar (functionally) to Photoshop, but without the
overheads of paying for Photoshop (which is spectacularly expensive),
paying for Windows, and paying for all the huge amount of time needed to
handle the crashes of Photoshop and the general misbehaviour of Windows.

GIMP wins in EVERY way!
