At present we have their twin-line offering, which is (absolutely
certainly) not subject to any capping. It's the quickest ADSL I've
seen.
BT are running FTTH right now in this neighbourhood. We're one of the
trial areas. BE are offering their service via the BT fibre. Their FUP
doesn't seem to be sufficiently restrictive to actually affect me,
unlike those of most other companies. When the fibre reaches here, I'll
be sure to be connected.
We're only 10 years behind Finland....!
