No they certainly don't.  Most teams use their own telemetry systems -
each one is proprietary.  

I was involved in the development and deployment of one such system, and
we even developed our own data encryption and validation technique (not
unrelated to Manchester Code with a CRC).  The system bandwidth was
seldom a problem - the validity of the data from the sensors always
required sanity checking - at both ends of the link - and keeping a
stable UHF radio data link to a vehicle moving erratically at up to 300
km/h was "interesting" and taught me a lot about diversity transmission
and reception!
