I'll join the others and say it works except when it doesn't.  Usually
audio problems, seemingly caused by another process playing audio
and/or PulseAudio having a bad day.

I've also started using Google Hangouts.  I keep a special tablet
computer running Android just for this one purpose, since the G+
browser plugins are incredibly invasive.
