You get what you pay for.
Don't even *dream* of going with BT. Their customer service is beyond
appalling. I've been struggling with them since February when my mother
died. Just finding a means to communicate with them and tell them this
has proved pretty much impossible. You can't phone them; you can't
e-mail them; they ignore written communications. Utterly, utterly dreadful.
