I've been using Liberum Helpdesk (http://www.liberum.org/). It's Open
Source, but it doesn't run on an Open Source platform. ;-)
It's pretty good, but fairly basic.

Subject: [Gloucs] network documenting and helpdesking tools?
ok here's a question...
Is anyone on the list using an open source app (e.g. a php/mysql app or
similar) for helpdesk such as:
http://myhelpdesk.sourceforge.net/
and/or perhaps for network inventory, that kind of thing? like maybe
http://sourceforge.net/projects/irm/
if so, what are you using and what do you like/dislike about it?
I was going to have a go with this one but was wondering if anyone's
already using something interesting they could recommend.
http://helpdesk.centralmanclc.com/
Thanks...
Guy
