it's on the back burner at the moment... I've really got to be able to show a

Thanks for that info... filed away till later.  Probably do this with a 
connection from my brother's setup. That would be more usefull... using a 
Knoppix disk and running fish://my_account@my.home.ip.addy using Konqueror 
would probably blow him away...
