I had the same, numerous calls to tech support with a Voyager 240 where
I though it was their fault, they insisted that it was mine and it
eventually turned out to be an exchange fault. It's going to cost whatever!

Using Farming Online 1Mb service, ?21 approx monthly, unlimited usage.
