Although I have to admit I am not impartial (I know Richard from a 
previous job) I think he should be able to give us an excellent talk on 
virtualisation.  I'm a bit lost what is out there at the moment so I'd 
vote for virtualisation.  I think he also may be able to tell us about 
other things going on at Redhat.

BTW, my colleague has just set up a asterisk based VOIP system with 
menus, recording, fancy diversion etc.
I'll try to convince him to tell us about it in the new year.
