[HLUG] Seeking USB to 8-pin mini-DIN printer lead, for HP PSC-500 series printer

Howdy folks,

Anyone got such a lead going spare, for this unsupported printer model? 
We can't use the parallel port as the PC is all USB. I dare say all 8 
pins of the miniDIN plug aren't necessarily used or present.

This is for work, so I expect a few quid could be found in exchange.
