It's in /etc/exim4/conf.d/main/02_exim4-config_options :

# rfc1413_hosts = *
rfc1413_query_timeout = 0s

Good chioce. Very helpful and nice folk providing great services. I've 
had 3 VMs there for a couple of years and also use their ADSL. I have
no complaints whatsoever.
