[HLUG] How to create a symbolic link?

Hi all
I found this hint in a forum:

The plugin can be dragged from /usr/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins using
konqueror to the user Firefox plugin dir and inserted as a symbolic
link.

I can find the plugin in /usr/lib directory but I don't know where I
should drag it to! 
Where is the "user Firefox plugin dir" which is referred to in the
hint?
