Well I'll be there, not withstanding fire or floods...of course.  The 
best date that was suggested by FoE was the 1st Wednesday of the month. 
  I have asked if they prefer the September of October to have our 
presentation but it will also depend on who else from our side can attend.

This is a really good chance for us to get known in the county so it 
would be really good if we had as many people attend this as possible. 
I suspect there will be a lot of questions to be answered!
