[HLUG] dvb-t tuning file

latest update, scanned and playing in mplayer and kaffeine (xine
plugin), the only problem is audio only all channels except for BBC
Parliament which as a good picture (which is strange). Freeview TV fine
with all channels on same ariel so some further configuration required
