[HLUG] RE: Herefordshire Digest,

Do you know if grub simply just neglected to include windows in its list of
options?

If this is the case you should be able to just add it to your
/boot/grub/menu.lst file. My last Ubuntu Kernal update removed my windows
partition from the list, I got it back ny adding the following to the end of
the file:

title        Windows
root        (hd0,0)
savedefault
makeactive
chainloader    +1

Please note though to proceed with caution when editing this file.
