hi,

quite often i need a new username for an online forum and i like my
usernames to be original. to do this i made a little bash script that
uses pwgen to generate random strings every time i press enter. i keep
clicking till i see one i like and then google to see if it has any
search results. cutting and pasting the word into google's search is a
bit tedious. does anyone have any idea how i could automate this with
bash scripting? preferably an "if" check that is positive if google's
result looks something like this....

"Your search - blahblahblah - did not match any documents."

(i seem to get bored of my online identities really quickly and kill
them off on a regular basis, am i the only one who does this?)

thanks.
jm.
