ticks the boxes for being fairly central, having wifi (hopefully it'll
work for us this time), and although its a bit dearer, it 'll only be
£12 between all of us for two hours. It also only 4 miles from Hereford
and just off the A4110 road to Canon Pyon so easy to find.

If we can get 6 coming along, which is close to the number coming to
each meetings recently, it'll still be only £2 each.

I suppose it may be worth asking if they would be happy to look
favourably on us if we have a bad night, ie poor weather, road
conditions, etc and say only 2 or 3 turn up?

Thursdays are ok by me. I think we always knew we would have to fit our
mtgs in around the dates offered.

Have you found at the times we can come along, and the size of the room ?
