[HLUG] Preston as a venue for LUG meeting & CAPS Herefordshire

I don't know where the place is but I hate the day-care centre so 
anything has to be an improvement IMO.  This sounds good and well worth 
trying.

My only reservation is that we have to be out by 9pm since we are 
unlikely to get started at 7pm prompt.  Up to 10pm would be better.
