And yes i have installed it.

Was a few distro's ago...but it worked fine...no hardware issues if i can
remember.
I had some bookmarks about it...will see if i can dig them up.

Have since lost the install as i replaced the hard disk in the ps3, and now
i have my acer one with ubuntu unr on it.

i havent felt the need to have ubuntu on my 40" bravia again lol...well 
not yet
