[HLUG] Wiki software

I know this question has been banded around a bit in the past, but I
wouldn't mind some opinions on what would be the most suitable wiki software
to use.

What I an looking for is something:

   - Open source (obviously).
   - Either PHP or Python based.
   - Uses a proper WYSIWYG editor (non of this templating language crap).
   - Easily skinable.

Any ideas?
