in that case what about sponsorship for a banner (if we word it
carefuly, it should be reusable) for outside the event - we do need to
think about outside signage

flyers and posters - we need to get these out fairly soon - a few
hundred flyers at least
distributing them is the issue and so far not many people have indicated
that they are willing to help with this - so if you can put up a poster
or can help put flyers somewhere suitable let us know here or on
piratepad 

the leaflet that pete is creating is a 3 fold leaflet which is not just
for the SFD but for future events so will need printing up - but will
have shelf life.
