[HLUG] pirate Pad updated

Hi all,

Regarding media coverage, I suggest contacting Sunshine Radio and asking
them to include it in the Action Update feature. This is for charity
and not-for-profit events so we should qualify. Email
actionupdate at sunshineradio.co.uk at least 7 days before the event, and
attach a poster or flyer that contains the key information.

Also BBC Hereford and Worcester are very good for covering local
not-for-profit events, and would probably like to interview someone
involved on the breakfast or drive-time show during the week before the
event. Rainbow Forum got some good free publicity for our diversity
celebration ("gay pride") event earlier this year this way. I can't
find any obvious contact details for the station on the BBC website
though, but I'll see if I can find out who Rainbow Forum contacted.
