[HLUG] bandwidth logging

Hello,

n.b. to last mail, I did turn mldonkey of for good at moment, so might 
just have been more traffic there then what I was used to before. If 
speeds hold up, I'll turn it on again next week and see what's happening 
then. If speeds go down again, that prob was the culprit.
