[HLUG] bandwidth logging

Hello,

thanks for all the input. I'll slowly work my way through and see what I 
can find. Funny enough, for most of the last week, including today, 
internet speeds seem to be running pretty fast, no more problems like 
partial downloads from iplayer and record speeds since we moved. Fingers 
crossed it stays like that. :-))
