[HLUG] Device Information form for 26th March Open Source Day

When we met last Wednesday we agreed to complete these forms Open Document
Template<https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0BzDdNhpiTuSwOWQ4Y2NlMmEtMDhiNy00MTA5LTkwMjgtMTUxZTJlMDg4MGQ2&hl=en_GB&authkey=CJfjlEg>
and print them out for all the devices we are going to use in Saturday's
Open Source Day. I have received one completed form so far. If you want me
to print them, it would be useful to let me have the other completed forms
in the next couple of days.
