[HLUG] Device Information form for 26th March Open Source Day

Hi Steve,
  I'm still struggling to get that box you gave me to install Suse....
I may be some time as I suspect a bios issue (:-(

If I can get something working before teatime Friday I will email it to 
you, otherwise I'm afraid I've blown it.
