[HLUG] SFD 2012 - Request for Involvement (and more info)

Hi Leo
it will be great to have you along on the day


we get  people who come because they are interested in opensource/have
seen the publicity/have a problem or question they want to ask
then we get drop-ins on the day - people who pass by and see the notices
outside and people who come into the cafe or church and want to know
what we are doing


so 75 - 250 as an estimate - if we get 250 over the day we will be very
pleased. It does depend what else is on and the weather can make a
difference  but it's usually fairly busy .
Please add yourself onto the pirate pad under the people section if you
are planning on attending(link below) where you will find the full
church address- we hope to have poster publicity ready fairly soon and a
web page should be going up on the HLUG site in the near future with
address and map and all the details about the event.

We do most of our organising via the pirate pad - so jot any ideas down
there
