I have been in touch with St Johns Ambulance and their meeting room has
been provisionally booked for
Tuesday 25th day June at 7pm.

(Wednesdays aren't available)

Firstly can Ben confirm he is ok on this day please ? Then i can finalise
the booking etc

The room will be booked 7-9pm for us.

Once Ben and the room are confirmed I will post full details on the Open
Street Map Presentation hete and on our website etc
