[HLUG] Logging Visitors to SFD tomorrow

Hi again

To help keep in touch with people who come along to the event tomorrow, I
have tweaked last year's webform that we used, that you can find

here :- http://hlug.org.uk/node/148

The idea is that we can have this form ready on a pc or two, so that we can
capture visitor's details, [if they are happy to provide them], such as
name, email address and how they heard of our event.

To avoid spambots, etc you will need to have an account on our website and
be logged in to be able to operate the form. Please let me know if you want
to have an account beforehand preferably.

I've added simple options that can be selected for visitors to show how
they came to hear of the event, so we can analyse this afterwards and see
what was best to promote the event.

See you all tomorrow, event starts at 10am, but if anyone can come along
earlier to help set up, all the better.
