Hello Geoff

Sorry to be a bit late with this.

Have been with Plusnet since Oct 2009.

On the outside:
Well priced, Which recommended etc

On the inside.
1. Set up easy and worked first time around.
2. I got into a tangle separating e-mail accounts of my previous ISP
from those provided by Plusnet. Call centre contact very civilised and
spotted the problem but I was too thick to understand. Written
instruction via Webmail within a day or so, all clear from then on.
3. Poor speeds and frequent disconnects, telephone contact - Router
identified as the problem, replacement received without fuss or charge
within a week
4. More outages, reported them via the Members Help Section (on the
PlusNet site). Ticket raised immediately, updates provided daily on a
connection quality test, fault located, BT contacted by Plusnet,
engineer here within days, fault fixed (so I guess that BT Plusnet link
has a hidden value) no cost. Fine since apart from the usual problem of
fairly slow speeds.
4. Contacted again via Help centre about revision of hard-wiring and
socket arrangements within the house - reply within two days with a
sensible plan of what to do and the cost of the BT revision required.

Can't really fault them - probably written contact better than phoning
in but that's just my preference
If you choose them just quote my name and I'll get £1.50 a month!!

All the best with it

Chris
