Hoping the list email system is working properly, I just wanted to share 
with you that there is a very informative and revealing article about 
rural broadband roll out in the current edition of PCPro.

It seems BT are taking public subsidy (at 80% of project cost) to 
install systems in areas where community activists and co-ops are 
already in the process of installing rival systems.

You couldn't make it up :(
